We are based at 3-1-5 Health Club & Gym in Lancaster.

One big question people keep asking us is – where are you based? As soon as you walk into the reception area in 3-1-5 we are on the right hand side before you enter the main gym, just down the corridor towards the day nursery. You then walk through the door to the beauty salon and we are the first door on your left.
